Fall 2023 Season Wrap Up

The Hillsdale Fighting Knights turned in another solid season at all levels of competition. At the P. A. L. Championships, our Varsity girls took third and the Varsity boys fifth--both with aggregate times that put them in the top three All-Time at Hillsdale. This resulted in sending both our Girls' and Boys' teams to the CCS Championships for the third consecutive year. Our Frosh/Soph boys and JV boys both took third at the P. A. L. Championships, which shows the great depth of our roster. Teddy Mendonca, Jordan Robinson and Naia Hsieh earned All-League honors based on their individual top 15 finishes at the League Championship. One final team award: our Varsity boys received the CCS Team Scholastic Award for their performance in the classroom too!

FALL 2022 SEASON WRAP UP

The Hillsdale Fighting Knights had solid 2022 season with a large amount of young talent, excellent league meet results and a spectacular girl's performance at CCS. The end result was a hugely successful season for the Fighting Knights with our first girl's State meet qualifier in eleven years and the girls tying for second in D3 at CCS. This year was also the second consecutive year both our full Varsity boys’ and girls’ teams qualified for the Central Coast Section Championships. At the P. A. L. Championships all our girls took second, their best finish ever--leading to one of Hillsdale’s best overall finishes in the combined race totals. This was truly a team accomplishment that each member on the team contributed to achieve.

Individually we added five girls to the Hillsdale top 25 list for the Crystal Springs course…and two of those were top 10 placements!  And one final crowning jewel, our boys and girls both received the CCS Team Scholastic Award for their performance in the classroom too!
